I'm still working on the series of paintings from the old photo album
that was buried in my closet. This is my Mom in 1954. She is carrying
the poodle bag, has a beautiful sheer white scarf wrapped around
her head. This actually seems very stylish but since it's in the past
and reflects a distinct era, I'm calling it "old fashioned"
I am also showing a bit of my process here and the original
photo that was my inspiration.
