IF-Soaked

Yesterday was pretty much the first day it didn't rain for weeks. (until 5:00 at least)
I finally got out and worked on my garden, started planting new flowers and working on the vegetable garden. The most frustrating thing every year is that all the deer and rabbits and groundhogs just eat up everything. So we are trying something new. A motion sensor water sprayer.. I tried it and I got completely soaked when I walked past! So I'm hoping it's enough to startle the animals out of the yard and keep my garden safe. We'll see.

Wonderful piece! I like the idea of a motion-activated sprinkler...such a humane, pleasant way to deter the critters!

I hope you've warned the postman! Here it was the same yesterday - people rushing about with bags of soil and plants to plant.

Lovely illustration of the local wildlife ;)

Thanks for making me laugh! Love the art and love your sprinkler system. I'm going to have to get me one of those! Sure beats the moat I was thinking of digging around my garden :)

That's a really cute illustration! We've had the same amount of rain in PA. We also have resident wild life but I think my dog has finally managed to claim her territory and so far, we haven't had any nibblers!
