Yams. May Painting a Day 7

This is going to be part of my dinner. I cooked up 2 of them, this
might sound strange but I like them mushed up with some
flax oil, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and salt. So good.
Having limited the time I'm spending on each painting has been
great for my stress level.. I don't feel like I have a huge project I
need to do each day on top of any other work I have.

I love Yams too just the way you prepare yours. They are so good for you. I have to get caught up on my painting a day for the month of May....
Been busy with ceremonies. It's that time of year with so much to be celebrated.
