I've been drawing buildings lately which I kept putting off because it felt intimidating
but I decided to just plunge in and go for it. My goal is to make a map of Manhattan,
this one will be from about 14-91st street. I've been painting the individual icons
separately and assembling the whole thing in photoshop. I plan to be finished next week.
Still to come, a bit of the highline, a barge in the river, the intrepid space museum maybe,
and various other little bits like street carts, a taxi, a pigeon. etc. Will post it soon!

Haha don't worry my daughter gave me the 100% New York guide and a travel journal with it ... it is still on my bucketlist ! I just found pictures of my father visiting New York in 1946 !!
