News and some sketchbook paintings.

I'm away on the Cape this week, it's so lovely. I have a beautiful porch to paint on, a breeze blowing and birds singing. I brought up a small supply of paint so I can do my sketchbook. It feels different, a little out of my comfort zone, but challenging in a good way.
Big News: I'm featured in Uppercase Magazine!! I'll receive the issue when I get home and write about it then. Completly thrilling.

Hi, Jennifer. Just found your work and I am soooo loving it. Is there a post somewhere where you talk about your technique/materials? (I have watched your videos on FB--more, please ;-) Do you mainly use gouache or acrylics or both? Thanks much! Faith

Hi Faith, I'm sorry I didn't see this post before right now.. I have talked about that, I use 90% gouache but I'll mix in acrylic or acrylagoauche sometimes, I also draw on top with gel pens occasionally. I put a post on FB about my sketchbook, it's about 4-5 posts down with a link. I'll work on more videos soon! Thanks so much for following, I appreciate it!!
